Hello, CES family and friends!

I am thrilled to step into the role of Assistant Principal at Central Elementary School, a place that holds a cherished spot in my heart! My journey here began as a Physical Education teacher, and now, I’m excited to take on this new leadership challenge, supporting our incredible students and dedicated staff in fresh ways. As a proud product of Northampton County Schools, working in this wonderful community that shaped me is humbling and exciting!

This marks my first year in administration. I’m bringing seven years of educational experience fueled by my unwavering passion for student success, pride in our school, and building positive relationships. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina A&T State University and my Master of School Administration from East Carolina University.

I’m known for my high energy, and I channel that enthusiasm into everything, whether cheering on students in the classroom or rallying support for our fantastic staff. My mission is to help foster a vibrant school culture where everyone feels acknowledged, supported, and inspired to grow! When I’m not at school, you can find me enjoying quality time with my family or cheering on my favorite sports teams.

I am incredibly proud to be a part of the CES family and can’t wait to embark on this fantastic journey together this school year! Here’s to all the amazing things we will achieve!
